Proposal of Application Notice

A Proposal of Application Notice has recently been submitted to City of Edinburgh Council in respect of the site at Fettes Row/Dundas Street/Eyre Terrace/Eyre Place for the New Town Quarter.

This planning application outlines the erection of mixed-use development comprising residential, student accommodation, office, and other commercial uses, with associated landscaping/public realm, car parking and access arrangements.

The two public consultation events have taken place in October and November 2024. For more details on the information presented at these events please click on the presentation board below.
