Ediston Homes has announced the acquisition of a site at Neilston Road in Paisley, which will create 49 new homes in the Renfrewshire town.
The development of 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom apartments, will be available for sale in Spring 2022. Designed by award winning architect O’Donnell Brown, the architectural concept takes cultural and contextual references from Paisley’s past, particularly its industrial and residential buildings. The development design also encompasses a “Streets for People” approach creating a new area of central green space which will provide a valuable amenity and recreation area for residents.
