Scottish Home Awards

Ediston Homes are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted for four awards in the upcoming 14th annual Scottish Home Awards.

The company has been shortlisted in the prestigious categories of House of the Year and Large Housing Development of the Year (for their Devongrange development), as well as Show Home of the Year (Devongrange) and Starter Home of the Year for ‘The Cameron’.

Devongrange is located within the dramatic surroundings of the Ochil Hills, in Sauchie. Providing luxurious accommodation in the form of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes designed for modern families and contemporary living.

Everything from the welcoming layouts to the design-led finishes are created to the highest standard, with Ediston Homes transforming a formerly disused campus in Sauchie Alloa into a complex of 149 homes. Each property has been designed with functionality and individuality in mind, optimising space and light. Key specifications include fully fitted kitchens complete with integrated appliances from AEG, as well as stainless steel or glass splashbacks.

The classically white bathrooms appeal with clean, clear lines and a crisp ambience and feature thermostatic bath-showers and Porcelanosa ceramic tiles. Luxurious touches that are in keeping with the ethos of the development.

The Devongrange development creates a visual continuity with homes nearby, considering the look and feel of the local neighbourhood. Exteriors make ready use of neutral shades such as white, off-white and cream, alongside grey or red brick fixtures.

In addition, the streetscape has been thoughtfully considered to deliver the very best of modern property design.

The winners will be revealed at the awards dinner, hosted by Des Clarke, which will take place on Thursday 16 September 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
