Our Managing Director, Neal is a multidisciplinary leader who oversees the growth and success of Ediston Homes. In Neal’s alternative reality he’s an architect, obsessed by merging of form and function. Back in the real world this translates to a chartered surveyor who is driven by meticulous attention to detail, a curiosity of how people live and exquisite hand writing!
Neal’s involved in every step of the Ediston Homes journey. From land acquisition, planning, site layout design, construction, sales and marketing and customer care. Essentially, he’s a walking Ediston user manual. Neal leads his team with business-minded ideas and enthusiasm for the satisfaction of our customers.
Outside of work, he loves golf and mountain biking almost as much as he loves his wife, daughter and dog, Chip.
